Layaway Rules
AIDIA’s Layaway Plan is not available for all purchases. Typically, purchases over $5,000 and one-of-a-kind pieces are all eligible, but we encourage you to contact us to check, as the plan might be offered for other purchases as well.
How it works?
There is no registration or any fees involved.
All you have to do is -
- Finish your checkout and choose “bank transfer payment” as your payment method.
- Wait for your order confirmation email.
- Use the banking information on your order to make a down payment of $100 or 10% of your order (whichever is greater)*.
That's it! We will reserve your order and contact you to confirm your Layaway Plan purchase.
The rules:
- Eligibility – Not all purchases are eligible for a Layaway Plan. You must check with AIDIA’s customer service by either calling (866) GO-AIDIA (462-4342), chatting with a representative on www.aidia.com or emailing us at customerservice@aidia.com.
- Terms - Final payment must be made within 1 year from your order date (or order will be canceled).
- Cancellation - If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify AIDIA’s customer service and your order will be immediately canceled, items will be returned to inventory and your down payment and/or any payments made will be refunded, less a $50 cancellation fee (and the sales tax paid - Only for NEW YORK STATE orders).
- Returns - AIDIA Return Policy applies to all layaway transactions.
*Please note - You have 5 business days to make your down payment. If we don't get your down payment within 5 business days your order will automatically be canceled, the items you ordered will be returned to inventory and AIDIA will not be able to guarantee these items will be available to re-order.
